Description

Threshhold offers the physical form of Yoga known as Hatha Yoga. Hatha Yoga is a sequencing of poses designed to bring health and calm to the practitioner. Yoga is a perfect addition to training for increased rock climbing skill; it increases strength, endurance and flexibility, giving the climber a greater ability to control movement and maintain longer holds. Learning to breathe with movement in Yoga aids in reminding the stressed mind to relax and breathe. For a climber, this is essential when faced with a killer crux. Yoda teaches the climber the ability to link hard moves with balance and endurance by staying in the moment through breathe.

Power Hour

Description

Not your typical Globe-O-Gym Workout. Power Hour will bring your fitness level to heights never before thought possible. Come train with other motivated athletes in a supportive atmosphere with high intensities.Power Hour combines body weight exercises, weight training and dynamic movements to bring you the best workout you can possible have.

Description

Climb Harder, Faster! Once you have the basics down, it is time to really crack down and climb. Personal training sessions will focus on your individual needs as a climber and help you hit the next level in your climbing. You can focus on climbing specific instruction, weight lifting and exercise, weight loss or any other combination that is tailored to you needs.
