Doug Dickens: (33) Chief Operating Officer

Climbing since 1996, Doug is the TH team’s fearless leader. He sets the standard and we all push ourselves to live it. He climbs everything from boulders to big walls and does so with no fear. “No matter how bad you are, don’t ever believe it.” (Doug)

Matt King: (29) Site Manager/Minister of Culture

Alex Rasch: (21) Member Accounts Manager

No one clocks more training hours than Alex. If possible, you could harness the energy that Alex creates in one workout to power Riverside for a month. She is extremely passionate about healthy living, from fitness to food; she loves to thrive.

Chris Schuessler: (26) Youth Instructor

Two words, “Always Psyched”. We can always count on Chris to supply the baguettes and balsamic vinegar at a get-together. If he’s not working, you’ll probably find him at Frustration Creek climbing with people getting them stoked on climbing.
